OUR 5-DAY FRANCHISEE TRAINING PLAN
Luxe Riviera Systems provides a comprehensive five-day certification program that equips franchisees with complete technical mastery of all European plumbing innovations and the business skills necessary for successful implementation. This structured training ensures consistent quality standards across our franchise network while building franchisee confidence in both technical execution and customer service delivery.
Introduction & Multilayer Piping
Franchisees learn the business model, U.S. plumbing codes, and hands-on installation of PEX-AL-PEX systems with sanitary manifolds including servicing techniques.
Thermostatic Shower Mixers
Training covers thermostatic valve principles, safety standards, and complete installation of rain shower columns with temperature setup and safety features.
Wall-Hung Toilets
Franchisees master the components, compliance standards, and full installation of wall-hung toilet systems including maintenance access and benefits for specific markets.
Hydronic Underfloor Heating
Training focuses on low-temperature heating system principles, installation on various subfloors, and zone regulation with energy efficiency benefits.
Water Softener & Certification
The final day covers intelligent softener installation and calibration, followed by a comprehensive system simulation, knowledge quiz, and official franchisee certification.

ADDED VALUE FOR FRANCHISEES
We offer the following value added services to all of our franchisees:
Training
All franchisees will go through an intensive training program to ensure their skills and knowledge meet our established best practices. Corporate policies will be relayed as well as standards for accounting, reporting, human resources, and customer service.
Quality Control
Each franchise will be assigned a Quality Control Manager to ensure that franchise operations are functioning smoothly and according to the stipulations provided in the franchise contract. The Quality Control Manager will conduct focused training where necessary.
Marketing
We will develop and manage marketing campaigns and promotions for each region occupied by a franchise. In addition, we'll assist with the grand opening and other community focused events. We also provide a website and social media accounts for each franchise.
Technology
As part of the franchise agreement and fee, we will recommend IT solutions that streamline points of sale, financial management, financial reporting, and inventory.
