With over 20 years in the plumbing and construction industry, Nicolas Thévenin has demonstrated proven leadership by progressively advancing from project manager to sole owner and president of Habitat Confort in France, a business specializing in large-scale plumbing, heating, and climate engineering projects. He has built significant expertise in renewable energy systems, solar installations, biomass heating, and advanced plumbing technologies.
Since 2017, Nicolas has expanded his operations to include real estate development and single-family house construction, managing the complete development process from land acquisition and feasibility studies to construction oversight and sales. He holds multiple technical qualifications in the field.
